Lucas Aebersold (1989) joined Troller Hitz Troller in 2021, since 2025 as partner. He attended the Universities of Berne and Buenos Aires and was admitted to the bar in 2018 and was licensed as notary public of the Canton of Berne in 2020.

His main professional field of activity is intellectual property law (trademark law, design law, copyright law) as well as unfair competition law, advertising law and domain-name law. He also deals with law of company and trade name law as well as contract law and licensing matters. Lucas Aebersold deals with the worldwide filing of trademarks and designs. He represents clients in court proceedings and provides counselling.

As a notary of the Canton of Berne he advises clients in notarial fields and carries out the corresponding notarisations.

He is a member of the Bernese and the Swiss Bar Association (SBA) and the following professional associations: AIPPI, ECTA, INTA, INGRES.

Lucas Aebersold speaks German, English and Spanish.
