Thomas Probst (1989) joined Troller Hitz Troller in February 2024. He attended the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in 2021. He then worked as a research assistant to Prof. Ramon Mabillard at the Chair of Procedural and Private International Law at the University of Fribourg.

His main professional field of activity is intellectual property law (trademark law, design law, copyright law) as well as unfair competition law, advertising law and domain-name law. He also deals with trade name law, naming law as well as contract law and licensing matters. He represents clients in court proceedings and provides counselling.

Thomas Probst deals with the worldwide filing of trademarks and designs.

He is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (INGRES).
