Pascal Kauth (1995) joined Troller Hitz Troller as an attorney-at-law in April 2025. He completed his studies at the University of Bern and was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Bern in 2025.

His professional activities focus on intellectual property law (trademark, patent, design and copyright law including worldwide filing and administration of trademarks and designs) as well as competition, civil procedure and contract law. He also deals with personality, social media and IT law. He represents clients in court and provides counselling.

He is a member of the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (INGRES).
