Daniel Müller (1969) joined Troller Hitz Troller as an attorney-at-law in July 2024. He graduated from the University of Zurich and was admitted to the bar in Zurich in 2003. After various professional activities as a lawyer/attorney, Daniel Müller worked from 2007 to 2023 at E. Blum & Co. AG, Zurich, as an attorney-at-law and as a partner from 2012.

His main professional field of activity is in intellectual property law and competition law, in particular trade mark law and patent law, as well as copyright law, design law, law of company and trade names, unfair competition law and license agreement law.

Daniel Müller deals with the worldwide filing and prosecution of trade marks and designs. He represents clients in court proceedings and provides counselling.

He is a member of the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (INGRES), the Lucerne, Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations. He is also a member of Sportsman Club Zurich.

Daniel Müller speaks German, English and French.
