Olivier Troller (1983) joined Troller Hitz Troller in 2013 and has been a partner since 2019. He attended the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in Lucerne in 2013.

His main professional field of activity is in intellectual property law and competition law, in particular trade mark law and patent law, as well as copyright law, design law, law of company and trade names, unfair competition law and license agreement law.

Olivier Troller deals with the worldwide filing and prosecution of trade marks and designs. He represents clients in court proceedings in most of the German-speaking Swiss cantons and provides counselling.

He is a member of i.a. the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), of the International Trademark Association (INTA), of the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtschutz (INGRES), of the Lucerne and Swiss Bar Associations and of the law association of the Canton of Lucerne. He is also a board member of the Rotary Club Lucerne.
