Stephanie Stampfli (1990) joined Troller Hitz Troller as an attorney-at-law in January 2022. From 2018 to 2021 she worked as an attorney-at-law for a Bernese IP law firm. She attended the University of Berne and was admitted to the bar in 2018.

Her main professional field of activity is intellectual property law (trademark law, design law, copyright law, worldwide filings and administration included) as well as civil procedure, unfair competition and contractual law. She also deals with criminal, advertising, Social Media and IT-law. She represents clients in court proceedings and provides counselling.

Stephanie Stampfli is a case editor for the Swiss journal for Intellectual Property, Information and Competition Law (sic!).

She is a member of the Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz (INGRES), the Bernese and Swiss Bar Association.
